Franken: Under Health Care Reform, Insurance Providers Will Have To Allocate More Toward Care, Less Toward Ads
Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) said Friday that a provision in the new health care reform law requiring insurance providers to put at least 80% of premiums toward actual health services, instead of marketing campaigns, salaries or administrative costs, is expected to help curb increases. (0:41)
