Private Sector Should Not Be Forced To Cooperate On Cyber-Security, Says Republican Staff Director

Louis Tucker, the Republican Staff Director for the Senate Intelligence Committee, said that cooperation from the private sector on cybers-ecurity should not be forced upon them.

“Cooperation should be voluntary,” he said Tuesday morning during a discussion at The Heritage Foundation.
