Soldier: I Was Precluded From Voting
Senator Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) reads a letter he received from a soldier who was unable to vote in the 2008 Presidential Election because of the long distance and amount of time it took to receive his absentee ballot. The soldier felt that he should not be precluded from voting because of his military service. (0:46)
