In response to a question by Congressman John Culberson (R-TX), at the House Appropriations Committee Meeting on the Supreme Court budget for the fiscal year 2010, about whether the Supreme Court would consider showing posting video of their oral arguments on their website for the public to see, Justice Clarence Thomas said, "We have discussed that, and discussed it and discussed it."
