Democrat Teague Promoting Nationwide Enactment Of 'Katie's Law'

Rep. Harry Teague (D-N.M.) and other members of Congress are urging the House Judiciary Committee to consider nationalizing "Katie's Law," which would require all states to collect and maintain a DNA profile for every violent crime offender upon arrest.
