Senate Minority Whip: Nelson Provisions Unfair

Senate Majority Whip John Kyl (R-Ariz.) suggests that provisions added to the Senate's health care reform bill to secure the vote of Ben Nelson (D-Neb.) are unfair.

Kyl said that if there are bad provisions, they should have been taken out, and not altered for individual states. (0:19)
