Resilience, not prevention, should be the approach to homeland security

Chairman Bennie Thompson of the House Security Committee says that rather than focusing on preventing attacks, the Department of Homeland Security should communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with “key stakeholders and critical partners to make sure that we, as a Nation, are prepared for what to do after an attack.” (0:31)
