Congress Lacks The Authority To Force People To Buy Insurance, Says Virginia State Delegate

Virginia Del. Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) tells Talk Radio News Service that he, nor others in the state's General Assembly who voted to pass a bill that would prohibit the Federal Government from punishing individuals who do not purchase health insurance believe Congress has the power to impose such a mandate on members of the public.
