Sen. Murray Pushes To Expand Health Care Benefits For POW's

Senator Patty Murray (D-Wash.) introduced a new bill today, The Prisoner of War Benefits Act of 2009, which aims to provide former POW's with better health care benefits. The bill also intends to eliminate the "minimum-time-held" requirement in order to receive these assets. (0:41)
