Pay Czar Reviewing Compensation Structure For Young And Old CEOs

Kenneth Feinberg, the Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation - also referred to by some as the White House's 'Pay Czar' - says his "first obligation right now...is to design a compensation structure for officials 26 to 100 in each of the seven companies (AIG, Bank of America, Citigroup, Chrysler, Chrysler Financial, General Motors and GMAC).
