White House: All Out Of Wiggle Room

During a question about the reality of the Aug. 2 deadline, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney says that the U.S. hit its debt limit back in May. Since then the U.S. Treasure Secretary has exercised all wiggle room possible which runs out on Aug. 2, after which we lose our capacity to borrow. (0:53)
