Environmental professor says 'penny a day' for clean energy
Dr. Edward S. Rubin, alumni professor of Environmental Engineering and Science at Carnegie Mellon University, says that carbon capture and storage technologies would benefit a broad set of stakeholders. Rubin says that it would cost the average American no more than a penny a day per household. (0:52)
