EPA Carbon Ruling No Surprise Says Analyst
David Kreutzer, Senior Policy Analyst in Energy Economics and Climate Change at the Heritage Foundation, says the Environmental Protection Agency’s ruling on the dangers of carbon dioxide is a "non surprise," but a “controversial ruling in the science world” nonetheless. He says President Obama is taking that ruling to the Copenhagen climate change conference to “show some form of progress of cutting C02 emissions.” (0:34)
