Hoyer: Health Care Is Not A Conservative Or Liberal Issue

House Majority Leader Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) says the issue of health care is not a partisan or bipartisan issue. Rather, Hoyer argues, it's an issue that everyone should be concerned about fixing.
