9/11 Terrorists Do Not Have To Be Tried In New York, Says Giuliani

Former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani Wednesday opposed trying 9/11 terrorists in New York civil courts.
"There already have been military commissions that have been now confirmed by Congress," said Giuliani. They're going to try terrorists in those commissions...therefore, there is no reason to try these people in New York." (0:42)
