"Mythical" voters threatening election legitimacy

At a House Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties hearing on voter fraud lessons learned from the 2004 Presidential election, Cleta Mitchell, a partner at Foley & Lardner, LLP, cites the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) as widespread voter fraud by fabricating voter registrations for dead, underage, and "mythical" people.
