Former Solicitor General Dismisses White House's Objection To Arizona Law

Paul Clement, a former U.S. Solicitor General, said Wednesday at a Heritage Foundation preview of the upcoming Supreme Court term that the federal government may face challenges trying to make its case that Arizona overstepped its bounds with its controversial immigration law. (0:31)
