OMB Trying To Make Cuts While Avoiding Damage, Says Director

During an event hosted by the Partnership for Public Service Tuesday, Office of Management and Budget Director Jack Lew said that his office is trying to work cautiously so that they can make cuts while avoiding damaging institutions. (0:30)
