Rep. Burgess: DOE Building Is A Crime Scene

During a hearing on Solyndra Friday with the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas) said more money should have been taken from the DOE loan guarantee program and the building should be marked as a crime scene. (0:49)
