Panetta: More Defense Cuts Will Be Catastrophic

During his first appearance before the Senate Armed Services Committee Thursday, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta warned that the massive cuts scheduled to go into effect if the Supercommittee falters would have “catastrophic” effects on the military. (0:21)
