Alan Krueger, President Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers Chairman nominee, testifies during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Banking Committee. Krueger says that if Congress can implement the “proper medicine,” the economy can and will recover at a faster, more visible rate. (0:11)
