Priebus Labels Obama As "Campaigner-In-Chief"

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus weighs in on President Obama’s American Jobs Act. Priebus says Obama should be called the “Campaigner-in-Chief” and adds that the measures included in his jobs bill are merely a second stimulus that will fail like its predecessor.
