Herman Cain Talks Up His Jobs, Social Security Plans

Presidential candidate Herman Cain talks to reporters in the “spin room” following Monday night’s GOP debate in Tampa, Florida. Cain touts his plan to create jobs, comments on Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) call for a national voting ID and giving states more of a say in managing Social Security benefits.
