Carney: Obama Recognizes Congress' Role In Job Creation

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters during Thursday’s briefing that the President is addressing a joint session of Congress next week since he recognizes that there are aspects of the administration’s jobs plan that require action from lawmakers. (0:22)
