LaHood: Congress Can Still Pass "Clean" FAA Bill

Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood tells reporters at the White House Wednesday that Congress must return from its early recess to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration in a “clean” bill that would effectively but 74,000 Americans back to work. (0:41)
