ISAF Commander Says Afghanistan Has Had A “Slight Increase” In Violence This Summer

Lt. General David Rodriguez, the Commander of ISAF, told reporters Wednesday that violence there has been a slight increase in violence in Afghanistan this summer compared to the previous year. (0:29)
