Kyl Wary Of Balanced Budget Amendment

Senate Minority Whip John Kyl (R-Ariz) tells reporters on Friday that he is not sure that adding a balanced budget amendment to the debt ceiling negotiations is the best way to getting it passed.

“Virtually all republicans would love to see the country pass a balanced budget amendment, whether this is the best way to accomplish that, I’m not sure,” said Kyl. (0:46)
