Florida Democratic Party Chair: Pawlenty Taxed Speeding Tickets, Marriage Licenses

During a conference call Friday, Rod Smith, the chair of Florida’s Democratic party, slammed former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty (R) for taxing speeding tickets, cigarette sales and marriage licenses.

Smith’s comment comes before Pawlenty travels to Florida to raise funds for his Presidential campaign. (0:27)
