White House Plays Down Disparities In Deficit Plans

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney explained to reporters Wednesday that disparities between projected and actual savings in the deficit plans but forward by Congressional party leaders could be attributed to starting on a different baseline than previous pieces of legislation. (0:41)
