Ohio Republican Won't Support Boehner Plan

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) told reporters Tuesday that he would not vote for the debt ceiling plan proposed by Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH).  Jordan said that Cut, Cap, & Balance, which passed the House and stalled in the Senate, was the superior bill.  (0:51)
