Schumer: The Revenue Debate Will Continue Past Debt Limit Deadline

Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) defends the plan put forth by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), which does not include any revenue increases, saying that the debate on revenues will happen soon but the risk of default was too great to include the measure in this bill.  (0:51)
