Panetta Jokes About His Straight-Forward Style

During his swearing-in ceremony Friday, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta joked about he and Vice President Joe Biden’s straight-forward style, quipping that organizers considered putting a seven second delay on the podium’s microphone. (0:45)
