President Obama: We Shouldn’t Be This Close To Deadline

President Barack Obama speaks to reporters at a White House press conference saying that all congressional leaders agree that the U.S. cannot default on their obligations. He also reiterated that this matter should have been taken care of earlier, as Congress has run up the credit, and now has pay the bills.  (0:43)
