Boehner: McConnell's Plan Is A Last Resort, We're Not There Yet

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) says that Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnel’s (R-Ky.) three-step contingency pla is a “last ditched effort” to avoid a default and that negotiatiors have not yet reached that point. (0:10)
