Kerry: Amid Sudanese Conflict, Positive Signs

Despite the skirmishes and human rights violations ongoing around the border of Sudan and the newly formed South Sudan, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry (D-Mass.) says there are plenty of reasons to be hopeful, pointing out that Sudan was the first country to recognize South Sudan’s independence.  (0:57)
