Carney: U.S. Will Not Default On Its Obligations

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney says the President is committed to finding a bipartisan compromise  and though he is not satisfied with the suggested provisions, all parties recognize that the U.S. cannot default on its financial obligations. (0:35)
