Sudan: Juba and Khartoum Will Forever Be Linked

Daffa-Alla Elhag Ali Osman, representative of Sudan to the United Nations, says that although South Sudan seceded from the North, the move does not signal a rupture between the two countries, and that they will be forever linked. (00:33)
