Social Security Chief Actuary: President Has Not Met Requirements Of Medicare Law

Social Security Chief Actuary Richard Foster responds to a question from by Rep. David Price (R-N.C.), that the President has not met the requirement of Medicare which mandates that after two warnings on Medicare’s fiscal condition, the President must issue a recommendation for solving the problem.
