Jesse Jackson Compares New Voting Regulations To Civil War Era Politics

Civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson joined other civil rights leaders in front of the Capitol Building to criticize new state laws that require government issued IDs for citizens to vote, and asked for intervention by the Department of Justice.  (0:40)
