Wyden: Tax Reform More Difficult Than One Would Think

Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore) says that the challenge of tax reform is deciding who gets tax breaks and who needs them. Wyden says he voted for the Feinstein amendment to “unravel the six billion dollar tax expenditure” because the oil executives did not need the break. (0:49)
