Hybrid Technology Will Lower Costs, Increase Efficiency, Says Qinetiq North America's Chief Technology Officer

During a news conference Tuesday, Northrop Grumman presented the advantages of using the Hybrid electric technology for military vehicles. The Chief Technology Officer of Qinetiq North America, Rich Wiesman, pointed out that the use of the technology makes vehicles easier to maintain and lowers their costs. (0:43)
