Holbrooke Prompted Afghan Troops' Literacy Program, Says NATO Trainer

During an appearance Tuesday before the Council on Foreign Relations, Lt. General William Caldwell, the officer in charge of the NATO training mission in Afghanistan, says that deceased Middle East Envoy prompted literacy training for Afghan troops. (1:05)
