Gates Gets Surprised With Medal Of Freedom, Says Obama Has Gotten Good At Covert Ops

During Thursday’s farewell ceremony, outgoing Defense Secretary Robert Gates said he was surprised by President Obama’s decision to award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom and then quipped that he has been “getting pretty good at this covert ops stuff.” (0:19)
