Rep. Levin Says Republicans Unrealistic About Reducing Deficit

Rep. Sander Levin (D-Mich.) said that Republican proposals to fix tax revenue at 18-19 percent of GDP are unrealistic and fail to take into account the high costs of providing for the elderly and keeping America safe. (0:45)
