Lieberman: Wealthy Americans Should Pay 100 Percent Of Premiums

Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) says that under the Lieberman/Coburn proposal wealthy Americans will pay 100 percent of their premium costs. Lieberman says, “We simply do not believe that tax dollars should be used to pay premiums for those who can pay on their own.” (0:24)
