Expert: Least Developed Regions Will Be Hardest Hit By Climate Change

Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, chairman of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, says the international community’s continued failure to reduce emissions will have a hard impact on some of the world’s poorest and least developed regions.
