Clinton: For U.S. Foreign Policy, "Gay Rights Are Human Rights"

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was awarded the GLIFAA equality award on Monday and gave an address on LGBTQ rights and American foreign policy in which she celebrated the progress made on the issue while recognizing that there is still a long way to go. (0:18)
