Freshman GOP'er Says Generals In Field Should Lead Afghanistan Drawdowns

Senator John Boozman (R-Ark.) says Tuesday that the Vietnam War should have taught us that wars should not be micromanaged from Washington; therefore, the generals on the ground in Afghanistan should decide how to withdraw our forces from the country. (0:21)
