NATO Official: Weapons System Failure May Have Killed Civilians

Wing Commander Mike Bracken, the spokesperson for NATO’s Operation Unified Protector, acknowledged Sunday that an air strike in Tripoli aimed at taking out a military missile site may have inadvertently killed Libyan civilians. Bracken said that it appeared the incident was cause by a “weapons system failure.” (0:08)
