Schumer: "The Dam Is Broken" On Taxpayer Subsidies

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) says that, after Tuesday’s vote on ending ethanol subsidies, Republicans have shown that the “dam is broken” and the “knee-jerk, right-wing opposition” to ending taxpayer subsidies is subsiding. (0:27)
